ARNEG @ FUORISALONE 2018

From April 13th to April 22nd 2018, during the international Design Week in Milan, Arneg Italia will present the visionary project Welc(h)ome Market, in collaboration with Galileo Visionary District, Scuola Italiana Design and Gruppo Incontra.

Just a stone’s throw from Porta Romana, Cascina Cuccagna will host Welc(h)ome Market, a micro retail shop perfectly integrated within a residential apartment.

«The need to look beyond the usual and the customary and the desire to be part of the commercial and social innovation of large, modern retail chains led us to accept the challenge to develop this new concept» says Roberto Azzalin, Cabinet Engineering Director at Arneg Group. «We know full well this is a first step towards the discovery of new sales solutions. Our participation in this project represents our desire to show that Arneg’s outlook and products strive to move beyond the usual norms, to highlight how we constantly seek out innovation and is representative of our concept of “made to measure.”»

The furniture

To furnish the Welc(h)ome Market, Arneg has created a totally new refrigerated furniture: a perfect meeting point between furniture and a retail shop.

The furniture expressly made for the apartment  stands out for its lines which are essential, modern and clean and for the materials, all fully recyclable: from stainless steel to glass passing throw PaperStone, an innovative material created from the union of recycled paper and a non-petroleum resin. Cutting edge led lights and the use of propane gas speak of respect for the environment and energy saving. In addititon, special studies were carried out on the ergonomics and transparency of displays in order to not penalize the "domestic furniture" function to the advantage of the refrigerated commercial display.
